Final degree project during an Erasmus scholarship in Prague.
"Optimization of a composite nose wheel undercarriage"
This project is framed in the design of the UL-39 ultralight aircraft developed by the CTU in Prague, and made mostly of composite materials. The project covers the CAD design, finite element analysis (FEM) and the optimization of the nose wheel undercarriage. The analysis and design were performed with NX Nastran and its composite module.
